There is something so special about being recognized by a fellow blogger. It's a humbling moment that makes all of the work and dedication you put into a blog worth it. For this particular blogger to take the time to recognize Unscripted Life is truly an honor. Her writing and her life are so moving, and her two blogs set an example for all bloggers to strive for.
Thank you so much, Meagan, for honoring me with the Sunshine Award. Meagan, from What the Blog is Going On Around Here and Choosing to Grow-Through Marriage, told me that my blogs always make her laugh and think. I'm so honored such a talented writer and woman takes the time to read my posts. Thank you so much Meagan for this award and for all you do!
As these awards go, I'm paying it forward. I'd like to take this time to recognize a few of the bloggers, in addition to Meagan, who brighten my day with their off-beat humor and beautiful writing.
First, I'd like to recognize a woman after my own heart. Her warped view of life fits right in with the tie-dyed reality of the Unscripted household. Tracie, from Stir-Fry Awesomeness, warms my heart every time I visit her site. Her sense of humor about life and parenting will leave you in tears.
The second honoree is a women you've heard about before here on Unscripted Life. She is my number one fan and I have to tell you my admiration for her work is beyond words. Lauren, from Think Spin, delivers non-stop humor with her witty posts and hysterical satire. She too fits right in with the Unscripted family.
The next honoree is a new favorite blog of mine, Confessions of a Reforming Geek. Reforming Geek hits home with so many of her posts. Sweet-D and I are closet geeks ourselves (although my husband is stepping out into the light much more lately). And this amazing woman has an evil twin who sometimes wreaks havoc on her blog and readers, so you never know what to expect.
Thank you so much Meagan for the love, and keep up the great blogs. You are a beautiful woman and truly an inspiration.
