Whether you're conservative or liberal, an extremist or in the middle, the 99 percent or the 1 percent, you have to admit there are times you question the sanity/mission of America. Sometimes it seems like this country's national level elected officials (in all parties) have forgotten they are supposed to work for the people, not save face while really working to fill their own pockets.
But through all the rubble, one force always rises that makes me still proud to be an American. That force is our armed forces. These men and women selflessly serve to support our country. They don't serve lobbyists or Wall Street or crooked politicians. They serve every day Americans. They serve so we don't have to.
There is little in this world more inspiring to me than that. These brave heroes deserve every tribute we can give them.
That's why I wanted to share this video. This is the marching band from my alma mater West Virginia University. We call them the "Pride of West Virginia." Everything The Pride puts on the field is amazing, but, as you'll see in this video, they have outdone themselves.
In honor of all those who have or are serving in the armed forces, here is The Pride of West Virginia performing just for you. You, the heroes of America, are today's Unscripted inspiration! Thank you for all you do!
