As we inch closer to Christmas, the spirit of giving fills the air. People seem not only willing to help others, but they are searching for ways to make a small difference in the world.

But I've also noticed something else happening. For every few souls wanting to help, there always seems to be a voice of skepticism. I guess it's just the society we live in now, but those negative and questioning voices have really made me think about my own motives for offering help when I see someone in need. I've also thought back on the times, more than I'd like to admit, when I've been that voice and even talked myself out of helping.

I don't know which side of this conversation you are on, but I'd like to watch today's Unscripted inspiration and ask yourself what life would be like if every time someone did something nice for you, you passed that kindness onto someone else.

I'd like to think life would turn out something like the following video. This video will not play on blogs because of some coding, but trust me it's worth the extra click:

Very nice! Random acts of kindness are wonderful.

Merry Christmas!
